Steve Mills Design provides all the services one can expect from a graphic design house. We can design any number of your business needs, from you logo to your website, and everything in between. We also offer unique services, such as photo-retouching and original illustration.
The Process
At Steve Mills Design, we find it best to collaborate with our clients to ensure they get the design services they need and end up with a product that represents them and their business.
Stage 1: A design consultation
This is where we will learn about your business and its needs. We will be asking a lot of questions to gain this understanding, so be ready to gush about your business. During this, and any subsequent discussions, we will offer our expert opinion on how best to attain your projects goals, including staying within budget.
Stage 2: Outlining the project.
Now that you've decided to work with us, SMD will provide a project outline. You will receive, in writing, the stages in which the project will be completed, along with documentation outlining the roles and responsibilities of both SMD and your business.
Stage 3: The Mock-ups
The first designs come through, usually 3 of them. During our earlier discussions, we will have decided a general theme for the project for which the mock-ups will follow. These mock-ups may not be exactly what you want, but fear not, as you can choose the one you like the most and request the changes you want.
Stage 4: Revisions
As good as we are, it is still reasonable that we don't hit the bullseye during the mock-up phase. We do, however, work diligently to get you exactly what you want. Carefully study the mock-ups, taking note of what you like and what you don't. We will continue this process until you are completely thrilled with the design.
Stage 5: Delivery
The designs are finished and approved, the only thing left to do is get the design to print or onto the web. SMD can manage the project from start to finish, so all you have to think about is how great your business will look.
